"Works fine with my speaker, thankfully"
I’ve been using the Tribit Audio app with my StormBox, it’s been easy to deal with. Connecting was quick, which was nice because I really didn’t feel like fighting with another app just to use a speaker. I like that I can adjust the EQ without digging through a bunch of confusing menus. The firmware update worked too, even if it took a few minutes and made me sit there waiting. Nothing super exciting, but it does what it’s supposed to do and hasn’t crashed on me, so I’m happy with it.

"Arrived sooner than I expected"
I’m usually a little cautious when ordering online because you never really know if shipping will take forever, but this showed up much faster than I thought. Nice surprise and everything went smoothly.

"Easy to toss in my bag"
I like that it fits in my bag without taking up much room, which is the main thing I needed. The sound is good enough for me too—nothing crazy, but totally fine for everyday use. I’ve been carrying it around a lot, and yeah, it’s just convenient.

"I’ve had my tribit speaker for a few..."
I’ve had my tribit speaker for a few weeks now, and the Bluetooth has been really solid. It pairs with my phone almost instantly every time, even if I’ve turned the speaker off and back on. I haven’t had any random dropouts so far, which is kind of what you hope for with a speaker like this, right? Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Made it through my rainy hike"
I took this on a hike where I ended up getting completely soaked, and it still worked fine afterward. I was expecting to have to dig up my receipt or order email for a return, but no issues at all so far.

I got my tribit mostly for calls, and the mic has been way better than I expected. Just the other day I was walking outside while talking, and the person on the other end said I sounded clear, which kind of sold me on it.
I’ve been using it lately for work calls and quick chats, sometimes even near a fan, and nobody’s been asking me to repeat myself anymore. Maybe I’m overly impressed because it’s been working so well this week, but for the price, I’m really happy with it

"Good speaker, frustrating warranty process"
The speaker itself worked fine, so my issue wasn’t really with the product. The problem came when I needed warranty support. Based on my experience, the process felt way slower than it should have been. They asked for photos and order details, which is fair, but after I sent everything over, replies would just stop for days at a time. It made the whole thing feel more frustrating than necessary. Decent speaker, but the support experience definitely left a bad impression

The bass on this thing is awesome. I can't say it doesn't hit hard, because it definitely does.

"A solid little reminder that good sound doesn’t have to cost a lot"
I was surprised by how good these sound for the price. The bass has a nice punch to it without taking over everything, and the vocals come through clear enough for everyday listening. It’s one of those purchases that makes you appreciate finding something simple that just does what you need it to do.

"Battery life is seriously impressive"
I got my Tribit Audio speaker mainly for trips, and the battery has been way better than I expected. I used it all weekend without charging it once, actually, I kept thinking I’d need to, but it just kept going. That pretty much never happens for me, so yeah, I’m really happy with it.

In my experience, the customer service was just okay. It took a while to get a response, so it wasn’t the quickest process, but they did eventually answer my question.
